Ingredients

2 mango

2 tbsp maple syrup

½ cup vegan yogurt

10 lychee

Directions

Step 1

Peel and chop the flesh of the mangos then put into a bowl

Add the maple syrup to the mango and use a stick blender to puree

Step 3

Add 1/2 cup vegan yogurt or soy cream and if you like lychees ( they have a very distinct flavour) then add a handful then blend fully

½ cup vegan yogurt

10 lychee

Step 4

Pour the mango into ice pop molds should make 8-10 and freeze 8 hours or overnight
