Ingredients
1 packet linguine pasta
2 egg yolk
150 mL double cream
80 gram parmesan cheese
1 lemon
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 stick fresh parsley

Step 1
Place pasta in boiling salted water and cook until al dente

In a bowl whisk two egg yolks 150 ml double cream the juice and zest of 1 lemon parmesan salt and pepper until creamy and combined

Take out the pasta and coat it in the creamy sauce then add a ladel of pasta water and mix . Serve with parsley
