1 bunch chives
1 cup sour cream
200 gram cheddar

2 cloves garlic

Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes . Donโt slice too thick or too thin somewhere in between a little bit thicker than gratin potatoes then peel and slice the onion

In a casserole dish place a layer of potatoes with a handful of the onions then add salt and black pepper to taste and repeat the rest of the layers with the onions salt and pepper

In a bowl whisk 8 eggs 200 ml milk 1 cup sour cream 2 crushed cloves of garlic salt and black pepper and nutmeg and a bunch of chives finely chopped then pour over the potatoes cover and bake 40 minutes 200 c

Grate the cheddar then cover the potatoes put the dish back in uncovered and let the cheese go golden on top
