Ingredients
200 g glass noodles
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy
1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Korean pepper flakes
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 scallions
Directions
Step 1
Place the noodles in a bowl pour hot water over and let sit for about 6 minutes then drain

In a bowl mix Brown Sugar with hot water and stir to dissolve then add light soy sauce dark soy sauce and toasted sesame oil and mix to combine then pour all over the noodles and let the flavors soak in

Step 3
Sprinkle Korean pepper flakes black or regular sesame seeds and three sliced scallions to garnish and enjoy
