Ingredients

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp sesame oil

4 clove garlic

2 chicken breast

600 gram udon noodles

1 red bell pepper

½ orange bell pepper

200 gram broccoli

2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast thinly then place in a bowl and add oyster sauce soy sauce honey sesame oil and 4 minced cloves of garlic then massage the marinade into the chicken and set aside

Step 2

Slice the red pepper orange pepper and cut the broccoli into bitesize pieces and set aside

200 gram broccoli

½ orange bell pepper

Step 3

Heat a wok or pan on medium high heat then add some neutral oil or wok oil and add the chicken stir frying about 3 minutes

Step 4

Put the udon noodles on to cook according to the package instructions

600 gram udon noodles

Step 5

Toss the vegetables into the pan with the chicken then fry a minute then take 2 tbsp of the noodle water from the cooked noodles and put in the pan to steam and cook the vegetables further

Step 6

Drain the udon noodles then toss into the chicken and vegetables and fry another minute

Step 7

To serve toast some sesame seeds in a dry pan for 2 minutes and sprinkle them over the noodles
