Ingredients
600 gram turkey breast
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
500 mL buttermilk
2 tsp salt
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp dried basil leaves
4 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp celery salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp ground mustard
3 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 cup flour

Step 1
Cut the turkey breasts into strips then place in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper

Step 2
Pour the buttermilk over the turkey then massage the meat for 1 minute and cover and refrigerate for 4 hours
500 mL buttermilk
Step 3
In a bowl whisk salt thyme basil paprika oregano celery salt garlic powder black pepper mustard powder onion powder white pepper and ground ginger

Step 4
You only need half of this seasoning mix so put the other half in a container for when you are making another batch
Step 5
Add 1 cup of flour to the remaining seasoning mix and mix it well

After 4 hours take the turkey strips out of the fridge and shake off the excess buttermilk then dredge each piece in the seasoning flour mix and coat it evenly

Fry in a pan on medium heat both sides until golden brown
