Ingredients
2 slice white bread
100 mL milk
250 gram ground pork
250 gram ground beef
1 eggs
2 clove garlic
1 white onion
tsp salt
tsp black pepper
tsp allspice
tsp nutmeg
5 tbs butter
3 tbs flour
2 cup beef stock
100 mL milk
150 mL heavy cream
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
tsp salt
tsp black pepper
3 tbs fresh parsley
Directions
Step 1
Place torn bread in a large bowl cover with milk and let it soak in for 2 minutes.
Step 2
To the bowl add the pork beef onion garlic egg salt pepper nutmeg allspice and parsley and mix gently to combine .
Step 3
Gently roll into loose meatballs and cook in a pan on medium heat with the lid on until brown then flip over and cook a further 5 minutes
Step 4
Add the butter to a pan and melt then add the flour and whisk the milk until a smooth paste is formed
Step 5
Add the beef broth dijon Worcestershire sauce salt pepper and creamed whisk until smooth
Step 6
Cover the meatballs in the sauce and cook a few more minutes .
