Ingredients
2 chicken breasts

¼ cup flour
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 scallions

Step 1
Diagonally slice the skin on the top of the chicken breasts then season back and front with salt and pepper

Season some flour then dredge the chicken in it coating in the flour

Chop 3 slices of garlic and set aside then heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden

Step 4
Add butter and garlic to the pan and sauté one minute then add honey salt sauce and rice wine vinegar cover and simmer a few minutes turning the chicken to coat in the sauce . Once cooked serve with sliced scallions
