Step 1
Tear the bread and cover in milk for a few minutes then mash with a Fork

Chop garlic oregano rosemary parsley onion together with a Knife or using a mini chopper

Add chopped herbs bread pork beef Parmesan salt pepper and egg to a bowl gently mix and very gently shake balls in the hand to form fluffy meat balls . Donβt over work the mixture or the meatballs will be a bit tough and chewy . In a pan with olive oil brown the meatballs

In a frying pan add olive oil onion garlic reseeded red chilli and fry a minute then add tomato paste tinned tomatoes or tomato sauce beef broth water salt pepper oregano and lots of chopped fresh basil. I throw my Parmesan rind in also as it gives a great flavor to the sauce . Add in the meatballs cover and cook 25 minutes
