Ingredients
200 gram ground beef
200 gram ground pork
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 pinch nutmeg
⅓ cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp milk
1 onion
¼ cup red wine
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp okinomi sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp red wine
2 tbsp water
1 eggs
Directions
Step 1
Dice a small onion then fry it in a little vegetable oil until translucent and just starting to change color . Take off the heat and put in a bowl to cool

Add the pork beef salt pepper nutmeg egg panko crumbs and milk to the onions and mix until sticky

Step 3
Divide the mixture into 4 patties then flip from hand to hand to get the excess air out
Step 4
Heat some vegetable in a pan then brown the patties on each side before adding the wine and cooking on low heat for about 8 minutes with the lid on then remove from the pan

In the same pan ( dont wash it it has tons of flavor from the meat) add butter ,okinomi , oyster, worchestershire , red wine and water and cook down until thick then serve with the steaks
