Ingredients

2 eggs

2 tbsp milk

3 tbsp flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp vanilla

2 tbsp sweetner

½ tsp lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Use two bowls and separate egg yolks from the egg whites

Step 2

In the yolks add milk flour vanilla and baking powder and mix until smooth

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp vanilla

Step 3

To the egg whites add lemon juice then whisk until frothy . Now add the sweetner and keep mixing ( if your sweetner is very sweet add half the amount ) whisk to stiff peaks then add a spoon to the yolks and mix . Now add the yolk mixture into the whites and fold until combined . Lightly grease a pan then on medium low heat add a two ladles of the mixture then top off with the rest of the mixture . Add a tbsp water cover and cook about 5 minutes then flip and cook two minutes . Serve with sugar free syrup and your fav fruit
