Ingredients

300 gram buna shimeji mushrooms

200 gram king oyster mushrooms

300 gram spaghetti pasta

5 ½ tsp salt

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

3 clove garlic

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp shoyu

¼ cup fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Cut the ends off of the mushrooms then dab with a damp paper towel to clean

300 gram hon shimeji mushrooms

200 gram king oyster mushrooms

Step 2

Roughly chop the garlic and set it aside

Step 3

Add the pasta to salted boiling water and cook until al dente

5 ½ tsp salt

300 gram spaghetti pasta

Step 4

Fry the garlic in a pan or wok on medium heat for a minute then add in the mushrooms and let them cook down 3-4 minutes

Step 5

Season the mushrooms with a sprinkle of salt and black pepper then add the butter

Add 1-2 tbsp shoyu soy sauce depending on your taste you can try it with a tablespoon first and add a little more if it needs it

Step 7

Toss the al dente pasta into the mushrooms and add 1-2 ladles of pasta water and stir them into the sauce

Step 8

Garnish with some fresh parsley and enjoy
