7 g salt

Step 1
To a stand mixer add flour sugar milk powder and salt and whisk together then add the yeast and mix again

Add 1 egg and 180 ml water and mix a few minutes on medium with a dough hook attachment until the dough forms

Add 40 g melted butter and mix for 15-20 minutes on medium then take out the dough form into a ball and cover and let it rise 1 hour

Punch down the dough then divide into three balls . Roll the balls of dough fold them over the front then roll again and roll up the sides then place the three rolls into a greased bread pan cover and rest 40 minutes
Step 5
Brush milk on the bread then bake at 350 f /180 c for 25 minutes . Once finished brush with butter and let it cook
