325 gram powder sugar

Step 1
Beat softened butter with sugar until pale and fluffy then add an egg yolk and 1 tsp vanilla and mix well

Sift in the dry ingredients flour cocoa powder baking powder and salt and mix until a dough is formed then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour

Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface then cut little circles and bake 350 f 175 c for 8-10 minutes
Step 4
Beat salted butter for one minute then add softened cream cheese and beat another minute before adding powder sugar vanilla and salt and mix well . Spoon the mixture onto the cookies or use a piping bag then sandwich the cookies together and enjoy
