Ingredients

200 hazelnuts

2 tbsp coconut oil

⅓ cup cocoa powder

⅔ cup coconut sugar

½ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 295 c then roast hazelnuts in a lined tray for 8 minutes . Remove tray when they are cooked then put in a cloth and scrunch up to remove the shells

Put the roasted nuts in a food processor and pulse until grainy scraping down the sides occasionally ! Add 2 tbsp of coconut oil and pulse until creamy

Add coconut sugar vanilla cocoa powder and a pinch of salt and process until smooth. Use boiling water to sterilize a mason jar and Keep in the fridge in a for up to three weeks
