Ingredients

5 small potatoes

pinch salt

pinch black pepper

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

3 g baking powder

70 grams cornstarch

80 ml water

Directions

Step 1

Peel dice and cook potatoes until fork tender

Put the cooked potatoes in a blender with salt pepper onion powder garlic powder paprika and water and blend until smooth

80 ml water

Step 3

Mix baking powder with cornstarch then stir it all in until a thick batter is formed . Spoon the batter into little teaspoon sized circles on parchment paper then cover that with another sheet of parchment paper and press down on each one with a glass to make a flattened circle . Keep the parchment paper on and bake these at 140 c for 12 -15 minutes or until they start to turn golden
