Ingredients
275 gram halloumi
3 tbsp sumach
1 tbsp za'atar seasoning
½ lemon
½ pomegranate
1 bunch fresh mint
½ cup greek yogurt
300 mL vegetable oil
Directions
Step 1
Cut the halloumi and pat dry then cut into fries shapes and let air dry on the counter

In a bowl add 3 tbsp sumach seasoning this is to toss the fried halloumi in later

Add 1/2 cup yogurt 1 tbsp zaatar seasoning the zest and juice of half a lemon and stir to combine this is our zaatar yogurt sauce topping

Take out the seeds of half a pomegranate and chop some fresh mint and set aside

Heat oil on medium heat then fry the halloumi until golden turning to get an even colour and then toss in the sumach to coat
300 mL vegetable oil
Step 6
Drizzle some zaatar yogurt pomegranate seeds and fresh mint on top and enjoy
