Ingredients
400 gram tofu
6 cloves garlic
2 fresh rosemary
4 fresh thyme
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 pinch salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup olive oil

Step 1
Remove the tofu from the package ( must be firm tofu) cut in half lengthways then put on paper towels and Weisheit it down with a pan with some heavy cans inside or something similar to push out the excess liquid

To a food processor add garlic lemon zest salt pepper Rosemary thyme ( use lemon thyme if you have it or else normal will do ) mustard white wine vinegar and olive oil and blend . If it’s too think add a little more olive oil

Step 3
Pour the marinade over the tofu and rub all over then cover and refrigerate 1 hour or more . Grill the tofu for a few minutes on each side . Make sure to get those nice grill lines it looks so good . Serve with any extra leftover marinade
