Ingredients

1 cup greek yogurt

1 tbsp garlic herb salt

½ tsp black pepper

600 gram flour

4 cloves garlic

handful rosemary

3 tbsp olive oil

200 mL water

1 pinch sea salt
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl mix yogurt water black pepper and garlic and herb salt until combined

Step 2
Stir in the flour until a shaggy dough is formed then cut in half and roll out onto a lightly floured surface and put little finger indents on both sides

600 gram flour
Step 3
Put a large pan on medium heat then put the dough inside and cook until the bottom is golden and flip . Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil add chopped garlic and rosemary with a pinch of sea salt then cook a further 5 minutes
