Ingredients
1 ½ cups milk
½ cup cream
230 grams chocolate
2 tbsp powder sugar
1 tsp espresso powder

Step 1
Break up the dark chocolate into little pieces then set aside . Use 70 percent good quality dark chocolate or higher .

Put the milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to a simmer then remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate . Strain using a sieve then put back into the saucepan .

Add powder sugar and espresso powder then bring back to a simmer and then serve with cream and marshmallows if you like
