Ingredients

135 gram flour

2 tbsp sugar

½ tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

130 mL milk

1 eggs

2 tbsp butter

2 banana

⅓ cup peanut butter

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp honey

Step 1
Use a sieve to sift flour sugar salt and baking powder into another bowl

Melt the butter then let it cool

In another bowl mix the milk egg and butter then pour into the dry ingredients and mix into a smooth batter ( a few little lumps are fine )

130 mL milk

2 tbsp butter

Gently oil a pan on medium heat and use pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan cook until you see holes on the surface about 3 minutes then flip and cook 2 minutes
Step 5
Layer the pancakes then add peanut butter slices of banana a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey
