Ingredients

1 lb salmon

salt

1 tbs ghee

1 tbs butter

rice paper

red bell pepper

green onion

yellow chili

black sesame seeds

cilantro

sweet chili sauce

Directions

Step 1

Cut salmon into chunks and season generously with sea salt.

Step 2

Add ghee to a hot pan and then place the salmon skin-side down for a couple of seconds.

Add in butter and fry salmon on both sides until browned then remove from pan.

Step 4

Dunk rice paper in water, holding it there for a couple seconds. Then place a piece of salmon in the center, adding in sliced green onion, red bell pepper and yellow chili.

Step 5

Wrap tightly as you would a spring roll.

Step 6

Fry on both sides until crispy and golden brown. Then garnish with black sesame seeds and cilantro. Then serve with sweet chili sauce!
