Ingredients
80 gram pancetta

400 gram canned tomatoes diced
1 can oxtail soup
1 pinch salt
½ tsp black pepper
100 gram butter
80 gram flour
1 L milk
1 pinch salt

100 gram mozzarella di bufala

¼ tsp nutmeg
1 packet lasagne sheets
1 parmesan rind
Directions
Step 1
Fry some pancetta in a pan with a little olive oil then add carrot onion and celery and sautee for 5 minutes

Add ground pork and beef and brown the meat then add tomato paste oxtail soup salt pepper and a parmesan rind .Simmer for 15 minutes

Remove the parmesan rind .

Melt butter in a pan then whisk in flour and slowly whisk milk until creamy sauce is formed

Add a pinch of salt black pepper nutmeg and grated parmesan

Step 6
Place some meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish then assemble layers of lasagne sheets meat sauce bechamel sauce sprinkle with extra parmesan and repeat until all the layers are done. for the topping tear some mozarella and sprinkle more parmesan .

Bake covered in a preheated oven 190 for 20 minutes then uncover and bake a further 10-15 minutes
