Ingredients

300 gram enoki mushrooms

2 tbsp gochujang sauce

1 tsp mushroom soy sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp korean fire chicken sauce

½ tsp Chinese 5 spice

1 tbsp chillies

1 tbsp scallions

300 mL vegetable broth

Directions

Step 1

Cut the stems off of the mushrooms and wash them thoroughly

300 gram enoki mushrooms

Step 2

Cut the mushrooms into thinner strips and set aside

300 gram enoki mushrooms

Step 3

In a bowl add gochujang sauce mushroom soy light soy sauce chineese five spice and korean fire chicken sauce and mix them all together

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp mushroom soy sauce

½ tsp Chinese 5 spice

2 tbsp korean fire chicken sauce

2 tbsp gochujang sauce

Step 4

Put the mushrooms in a lightly oiled pan and fry on medium high for two minutes then start brushing them all over with the sauce

Step 5

lower the heat to medium heat and add 1 tbsp of chopped mixed chillies

Step 6

Add the vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes . Once ready garnish with scallions and enjoy
