Ingredients

1 tsp mustard

1 clove garlic

Salt

Black pepper

150 ml milk

250 ml oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp chives

Directions

Step 1

Get a clean mason jar or glass that just fits a stick blender inside . Add mustard garlic milk salt pepper oil Of your choice and 2 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice . Put the stick blender to the bottom and pulse on high speed . When it starts to emulsify you can slowly bring the blender up to blend the rest of the oil through

2 tbsp lemon juice

Step 2

Mix in three tablespoons of chopped chives then cover with a lid and store in the fridge for up to a month .
