Ingredients
½ cup heavy whipping cream
275 gram puff pastry
1 eggs
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
5 tsp nutella
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions
Step 1
Measure 1/2 a cup of cream into a bowl then pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes . While thats chilling get another bigger bowl and add a little water with some ice .

Preheat the oven to 190 c then roll out the puff pastry and use a cutter or glass to make 10 circles

Prick 5 of the circles with a fork a few times to stop them puffing up too much in the oven then beat an egg and brush the remaining 5 with the egg . These will be the tops Bake in the oven 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden

Step 4
Take the cream out of the fridge and set the bowl over the bowl of iced water then add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat with an electric whisk on medium low for 4-5 minutes then up the power and beat until stiff

When the puffs are baked and cooled place 1 heaped teaspoon of nutella in the centre of each one ( if making larger ones use more nutella )

Put the cream in a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe the cream around the nutella then place the tops on and dust with powdered sugar
