Ingredients
3 cup spelt flour

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 ½ tbsp dry yeast
⅓ cup nutritional yeast

360 mL water

1 olive oil

1 tbsp almond milk

2 tbsp poppy seed

Step 1
In a large bowl add the flour salt sugar dry yeast nutritional yeast and whisk together

Add luke warm water to the flour and use hands to gently bring together to a lose dough then cover and let it prove 2 hours

360 mL water
Step 3
Once proved drizzle oil over the dough then gently fold it into a greased loaf pan then let it prove another 40 minutes to an hour
Step 4
Brush the top with almond milk or plant based milk of your choice ( Regular if you are not vegan ) then sprinkle with poppy seeds

Bake in a 190 c preheated oven for 40-50 minutes
