Ingredients
140 gram flour
190 gram greek yogurt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
400 mL vegetable oil
Directions
Step 1
First make the cinnamon sugar by adding white sugar brown sugar and cinnamon to a bowl and whisking them together

In a large bowl add the flour and baking powder then whisk together

Stir the yogurt into the flour until a sticky dough forms then put the dough into a piping bag

Heat the oil to 375 f ( drop some batter in and if it sizzles oil is ready) Next snip the top of the piping bag and pipe out blobs of dough into the oil cutting the end with a scissors
400 mL vegetable oil
Step 5
Carefully swirl the balls in the oil so they puff up evenly and cook until golden about 5 minutes approx
Step 6
Remove the donut balls from the oil then place into the cinnamon sugar straight away as the sugar sticks better when they are warm. Coat evenly in the sugar and enjoy .
