2 cups breadcrumbs

Step 1
Slice your turkey or meat if choice into slices . Use a meat mallet to pound the meat out nice and thin . Season with salt and pepper on both sides then set up the breading station

Make the breading station by putting flour on one plate with salt pepper garlic powder and paprika and mix the ingredients to combine . Next beat two eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper and finally get a shallow dish and pour the breadcrumbs in . Dip the meat to coat in the flour then shake off the excess next dip in the egg and shake off the excess finally put into the breadcrumbs and coat all over in the crumbs .

Add enough oil to a frying pan to shallow fry then heat to medium heat and add the meat. Fry on each side until golden and crunchy then serve with your favorite sides . I like mine with mashed potatoes and fried mushrooms
