Ingredients
16 vine leaves
40 g cake flour
40 g cornstarch
pinch salt
15 g water
2 eggs
300 mL vegetable oil

Step 1
Wash and dry the vine leaves with paper towels

In a bowl beat two eggs then add cake flour cornstarch and salt and mix well . Add water and mix until smooth

Step 3
Heat oil to 375 then dip the leaves into the batter and shake off the excess . Drop carefully into the oil then use a ladle to pour oil over the top . Fry until golden then drain and serve with your fav dipping sauce
