Ingredients
1 rice paper
2 scallions
1 egg
50 gram smoked salmon
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Step 1
Place the rice paper on a dry low heat pan then add chopped scallions on top and an egg then using a fork or chopsticks swirl the egg around so as to make an omelet. Of the sides of the rice paper start to curl push down with the chopsticks

Flake the smoked salmon on top then add sriracha and Mayo . If you want any other toppings add them like maybe chillies .

As soon as the egg is cooked sprinkle black sesame seeds and then fold the omelet in half . Eat straight away so it remains crispy
