Directions
Step 1
Get a large chicken breast and flatten it with a meat mallet cut it into two halves then place it in a bowl with water vinegar and salt and let sit 20-30 minutes

In a bowl add 2 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp chicken bouillon 1 tbsp paprika 1/2 tsp white pepper 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp thyme 1/4 cup powder sugar and whisk

Step 3
Dip the chicken breast into a bowl of normal water then into the flour and coat then dip back into the water and into the flour again making sure there are some clumps on the chicken so it will be nice and crunchy once fried
Step 4
Heat oil to 375f then fry the chicken about 7 minutes or until golden and crispy

In a bowl mix mustard ketchup mayonnaise hot sauce salt and pepper

Assemble your burger with whatever buns cheese salad you like then add the sauce and enjoy
