Ingredients
1 ½ cup flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp msg
½ tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp garlic and herb powder
2 eggs
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
250 mL milk
2 chicken breast
500 mL vegetable oil
2 pickles
2 buns
3 tbsp dijon mustard
½ tsp smoked tabasco sauce
½ tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sriracha sauce

Step 1
In a deep or large bowl mix the flour salt white pepper black pepper msg powder sugar smoked paprika garlic and herb powder and cayenne pepper

Step 2
In another deep bowl whisk the eggs milk salt and pepper together

250 mL milk
1 pinch black pepper
Step 3
Add 1 tbsp of the egg milk mixture into the flour and stir to create little lumps
Step 4
Season 2 small chicken breasts each side with salt and black pepper then dip it into the egg and then the flour making sure to really press the flour into every part of the chicken .

Heat the vegetable oil on medium heat until its 175 c or 350 fahrenheit then fry the breasts 7-10 minutes until nice and golden and crispy
Step 6
Toast the bun and slice the cucumbers then add dijon tabasco worcestershire and sriracha sauce to a bowl and mix for the burger sauce

1 tsp sriracha sauce
½ tsp smoked tabasco sauce

Put the sauce on the bun then the pickles the crispy chicken and some more sauce on top and enjoy
