Ingredients
2 cup jasmine rice
400 gram coconut milk
125 mL water
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 kafir lime leaves
100 gram green peas
2 tbsp coconut chips
Directions
Step 1
Measure out 2 cups of jasmine rice then wash the rice until the water runs clear

Put the rice into a pot and add coconut milk and water then stir it

Add sugar salt and 2 crushed kaffir lime leaves then stir again and heat the ingredients to a simmer

Reduce the heat to low and cover and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the liquid has absorbed
Step 5
Once cooked stir in the green peas the cover and let them heat through from the rice

Step 6
Toast some coconut chips on a dry pan until golden and serve on the rice
