Ingredients
300 g silken tofu
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
⅓ cup powder sugar
150 g vegan chocolate
3 tbsp cocoa powder

Directions
Step 1
Drain some silken tofu then cut into squares and add to a pot of cold water . Bring this to a boil then strain the tofu with a sieve and set aside

Break up dark vegan chocolate into a microwaveable bowl then microwave until melted . Add the tofu to the bowl followed by the vanilla salt and powder sugar then use a stick blender or regular blender to blend until smooth

Step 3
Spoon the mixture into 6 small glasses or line a small tin and pour in then tap to release any bubbles . Refrigerate 3 hours minimum then dust with cocoa powder and enjoy
