You can use any cereal in this recipe but I like to make this when I have a couple of boxes of different cereal on the go and need to clear out my cupboards . As a bonus these make great treats for kids or at parties 

Chocolate Marshmallow Ganache Crunch Cakes 

You can just use rice puff cereal for this recipe or you can empty out any cereal you have to use up and place them in a large bowl.

In a microwaveable jug add the cream and microwave for about 90 seconds or until it starts to boil. Break up the chocolate and add it then add in the  large marshmallows . Microwave for about 30-60 more seconds then stir all together until small chunks of marshmallow are visible

Add the marshmallow cream mix to the cereal once slightly cooked and stir to cover all the cereal in the mixture . Put muffin paper cases in a muffin tray then spoon the mixture to fill each one . Sprinkle some small mini marshmallows on top then put in the fridge until set
