Ingredients
275 g puff pastry
160 gram cream
140 gram chocolate
1 tbsp honey
2 egg yolks

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 c then roll out the puff pastry and cut into six . Spray a muffin tray then line each one with the pastry and put a piece of parchment paper in each one with baking beads to weigh the pastry down. Bake for 10 minutes then remove and remove the beads and paper

In a microwaveable bowl break the chocolate into small pieces then top with the cream and microwave until the cream starts to boil ( around 90 seconds ) stir the chocolate and cream until combined then add two egg yolks and whisk in then stir in the honey .

Divide the chocolate cream mixture between the tart pastry then bake in the oven 200 c for 12 minutes . Once cool the tarts should be delicious and gooey in the Centre . Enjoy!!
