Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry

1 egg

240 mL whipping cream

2 tbsp pudding powder

2 tbsp powder sugar

1 tsp vanilla

100 gram chocolate

Step 1
Roll out the puff Pastry Then cut the shapes . I am using something like a spam container because thats the shape i want then brush with beaten egg and bake 7-10 minutes 200 c

In a bowl add whipping cream vanilla pudding powder powder sugar and whisk on medium high speed until stiff peaks form ( the pudding powder stabilises the cream to hold its firmness)

2 tbsp pudding powder

240 mL whipping cream

2 tbsp powder sugar

1 tsp vanilla
Step 3
Put the cream in a piping bag with a long tipped nozzle then poke a small hole and fill the pastry with the cream .
Step 4
Melt chocolate of your choice and dip one side of the pastry in it then put on a wire rack to set
