Ingredients

150 ml orange juice

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp honey

2 gram agar

200 grams chocolate

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Pour the orange juice into a pan then add the sugar honey and agar . Whisk together with hen put on the stove bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes .

150 ml orange juice

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp honey

2 gram agar

Step 2

Pour the liquid into a jug as it is easier to measure out when pouring . Use a silicone mold to pour the orange juice into . I am using a spherical mold and a slightly larger spherical mold but if you don’t have one just use whatever mold you have . Pour in the juice and put in the fridge an hour or until set

Step 3

Break the chocolate into small pieces and put in a microwave proof bowl then add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and melt in the microwave about 1 minute - 90 seconds . If you have a larger spherical mold pour some chocolate in then de-mold the orange spheres and place them inside the middle of the chocolate then cover the rest with the remaining chocolate . ( you can use a spoon to dip your orange shapes in chocolate if you don’t have a larger mold ) place in the fridge until set and enjoy !

200 grams chocolate

1 tbsp vegetable oil
