In a large bowl Beat the sugar and butter until Fluffy then add the egg yolks and vanilla and cream together until smooth

chop up 100 grams of chocolate and stir in half reserving the rest for the top of the cookies then chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes

Take large teaspoon sized portions of the dough and roll into a ball and place on a lined baking tray then place the rest of the broken chocolate on each one . Bake for 10 minutes at 375 or 190 c
