Ingredients

375 gram puff pastry

250 gram ricotta cheese
4 tbsp vanilla sugar

1 eggs

100 gram chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl mix the ricotta 3 tbsp vanilla sugar and most of the chocolate chips ( Reserve 1 tbsp vanilla sugar and 1 tbsp chocolate chips for the topping)

Step 2
Pre heat oven to 190 fan then roll out the puff pastry and use a cookie cutter to cut 8 large circles

375 gram puff pastry
Step 3
Put a heaped tablespoon of the ricotta mixture in the centre of each circle then beat an egg and egg was the sides of the pastry

1 eggs
Step 4
Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the egg then add a few more chocolate chips on each circle and bake for 10 minutes
