Ingredients
150 gram butter
160 gram sugar
225 gram flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tbsp matcha powder
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
100 gram white chocolate
50 gram dark chocolate
Directions
Step 1
Put a pan on medium low heat then add the butter and melt it

Add the sugar and stir in for a minute then take the pan off the heat

Sift the flour salt baking soda and matcha powder together into a bowl then whisk to combine
225 gram flour

In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and vanilla together

Put the pan back on very low heat then mix in the dry ingredients until combined then add the egg and mix until combined and it forms a dough
Step 6
Spread the dough over the base of the pan then add the white chocolate and dark chocolate chips ( Or cut up chocolate into chunks whatever you prefer ) then cover with a lid and cook 20 minutes on low heat or until cooked through
