Ingredients

400 grams chili peppers (mild-medium)

15 cloves garlic

1 tbs sea salt

3 tbs ground coriander

¼ cup olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Add chiles, garlic, sea salt, coriander and olive oil to a food processor.

Step 2

Blend the mix together leaving it a little bit chunky.

Step 3

Add the mixture to a sterilized jar. Top with a layer of oil before sealing.

Step 4

Sterilize your jars by fully submerging them in simmering water. This will keep for up to 9 months in the fridge!
