Ingredients

1 chicken breast

Salt

Black pepper

2 eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 cup flour

Directions

Step 1

On a cutting board slice your chicken breast into three pieces from the front to the back then cover with parchment paper and use a mallet to beat the chicken until it’s thinner and flatter

Step 2

Season the chicken front and back with salt and pepper then beat two eggs in a bowl season then with salt and pepper and get two plates and fill one with flour and one with breadcrumbs

Step 3

Dip the chicken into the flour coating completely then coat in the eggs tap off excess and push into the breadcrumbs making sure the whole piece is covered in crumbs . Fry in vegetable oil on medium heat or 375 for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden
