Ingredients

400 gram chicken breast

200 gram panko bread crumbs

200 gram flour

2 eggs

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

300 mL vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Slice chicken breast into slices then place between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten with a meat mallet .

Step 2

Season the chicken both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Put 200 grams flour on a plate and season with salt and pepper

Whisk two eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper

Step 5

Put 200 grams of panko breadcrumbs on a plate

Step 6

Coat the chicken in flour shake off the excess then dip in egg and shake off the excess

Step 7

Coat the chicken in the breadcrumbs then fry in a pan on medium heat with vegetable oil about 3 minutes per side or until golden and crisp
