2 cup breadcrumbs

Step 1
Slice chicken breasts down the middle then season with salt and pepper on both sides and stuff the slits with cheddar cheese

Prepare a bowl with seasoned flour a bowl with 3 seasoned beaten eggs and a plate with breadcrumbs then coat the chicken in the flour then the eggs and then breadcrumbs . Repeat the eggs and breadcrumbs to make sure the chicken is completely covered then freeze the chicken breasts for 20 minutes

Fry the chicken breast on both sides until golden then in a casserole dish add tomato sauce layer the chicken breasts on top with more cheese and parsley and bake at 375 f /190 c for 30 minutes or until cooked through
