Ingredients
1 large Turkish flatbread
1 egg
100 g butter
3 cloves garlic
100 g parmesan
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
¼ cup fresh parsley
150 g cheddar cheese

Step 1
I use a fluffy Turkish flatbread and cut it diagonally so there are little diamond all over the bread. This is so the garlic butter mixture will go deep into the bread when it’s being baked . Use this method with any other bread you are using if you can’t find fluffy Turkish flatbread

In a bowl Beat egg then add butter 3 cloves crushed garlic pinch of salt black pepper grated Parmesan and 1/4 cup chopped Parsley then mix and cover all over the bread

Step 3
Grate cheddar or mozzarella if you prefer then cover the top of the bread bake in the oven at 200 c for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and enjoy
