Ingredients

1 ciabatta bread
10 vine tomatoes

1 red onion

2 tbsp capers

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp olive oil

2 clove garlic

¼ cup fresh basil
Directions
Step 1
Cut the bread into slices then brush them with olive oil and bake in the oven at 200 c for 6 minutes or until just golden

Dice the red onion and tomatoes and add them to a large bowl

Add the capers olive oil salt and black pepper and mix

Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool slightly then rub garlic on both sides of each slice

Top the bread with the tomatoes capers and onions then tear the basil and add it on top of each slice
