Ingredients
2 cup green cabbage
200 gram ground beef
200 gram ground pork
½ onion
3 scallions
4 clove garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
50 gyoza wrappers
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chili oil
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp corn starch
Directions
Step 1
Grate cabbage and put in a large bowl
2 cup green cabbage
Step 2
Mince onion ginger and garlic and add to the cabbage

Add ground beef and pork then thinly slice scallions and add them also

Add cornstarch then season with salt white pepper soy and sesame oil

1 tbsp corn starch

Mix well then put a heaped teaspoon in the middle of each gyoza / wonton wrapper then seal the edges with a little water
50 gyoza wrappers
Step 6
Pull the wrapper together folding in pleats from the middle to the end on both sides until its almost shaped like a boat .
Step 7
Steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes
Step 8
To make the dipping sauce in a bowl add soy sauce rice vinegar and sesame oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Step 9
When the dumplings are cooked drizzle with chilli oil and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp chili oil
