Ingredients

2 cups flour

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp melted butter

½ cup water

1 tbsp condensed milk

4 bananas

½ cup condensed milk

1 egg

4 eggs

6 tbsp butter

6 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl mix salt and flour together

Step 2

In another bowl mix 2 tbsp melted butter condensed milk water and egg until combined . Now add the wet to the dry and stir until a tacky dough is formed . Knead until it becomes smooth then cut into 8 and toll into balls

Step 3

To a flat bowl or container add 6 tbsp melted butter with 6 tbsp vegetable oil then coat each dough ball in the dough and cover . Let it sit at least three hours or over night in the fridge . ( note the dough will need to be let out of the fridge to come to room temp before working with it )

Step 4

Oil a work surface then flatten and pull the dough until it is large and thin .

Step 5

Beat 4 eggs then slice 4 bananas and put it into the egg mixture . Now liberally oil a frying pan ( few tbsp vegetable oil) place the dough in the pan on medium heat then add some of the banana mixture to the Centre and fold in all four sides . Flip a few times and fry until golden brown and crispy. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk all over and enjoy
